Refund & Cancellation Policy
Perishable Goods Policy (All Sales Final) Because flowers are fresh, seasonal, and highly perishable, all floral subscription and arrangement purchases are final. We cannot accept physical returns or exchanges on any floral items.
Order Modifications & Cancellations To ensure your fresh stems arrive perfectly in time for Shabbat, our delivery routes and inventory are locked in advance.

The cutoff time for any order cancellations, subscription pauses, or delivery address changes is strictly 11:59 PM on Wednesday night.

Any requests received after 11:59 PM on Wednesday night cannot be accommodated, and your order will be prepared and delivered as originally scheduled.
Damages and Quality Issues We want your Shabbat table to look beautiful. Please inspect your floral arrangement immediately upon delivery. If your flowers arrive significantly damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at stemsforshabbos@gmail.com with a digital photo of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue right away and work to make it right via a replacement or store credit.
Refund Processing If a cancellation is requested before the Wednesday night deadline, or if a quality credit is approved by our team, refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
